Dear dev,

There is an error in Event reports app in DHIS2 version 27, 28, 29, I
didn't test other versions.
I try to filter with 'Start date' and 'End date', when I click Update
button, it throws an error message "Dimension pe is present in query
without any valid dimension options"

I reported this bug to Jira in November 2017
https://jira.dhis2.org/browse/DHIS2-2481 but don't see any fixed until now
to 2.29
