[DHIS2 Android] Event Capture App with 2.29 compatibility is released
Dear DHIS2 Community,
We are releasing today a new version of the *Event Capture Android App*.
This version is compatible with* 2.27, 2.28 *and *2.29* and comes with the
following improvements and bugs fixed:
New features:
- 2.29 servers compatibility
- Persist system info in local database
- Support for Time, Datetime & URL types
Bugfixing:
- Non-funtional bugs fixed
You can install it through Google Play (Event Capture
<https://play.google.com/store/apps/details?id=org.hisp.dhis.android.eventcapture>)
or download the apk from Github (Event Capture
<https://github.com/dhis2/dhis2-android-eventcapture/releases>).
Following this link <https://goo.gl/552DWi> , you will find documentation
with detailed information on the functionalities included in the App and
how they behave compare to the Web. (We recommend to download the PDF file,
internal links do not work if you open them online).This document is a tool
for implementers who need to understand if the App covers their needs and
respond to their configurations of DHIS2 in the web.
