UNABLE TO SAVE DATA SET IN DHIS2 2.29 LATEST BUILD

Team,

I am using DHIS2 2.29 latest build and i was trying to set up a data set
but i am unable to because the system keeps telling me 'Could not save data
set".

Anyone ever met this scenerio.
