Hi

I'm not sure where it is documented (adding in Viet who can provide some
pointers), but from 2.29 we added what we call data sharing for data sets,
so to have them accessible by your users, you will have to go to the data
set list in maintenance app, then change sharing, and add the user group
you want to have data access (write to enter data)
