Tracker Program from another Tracker Program

Hello All,

I wish to have a lookup from one tracker program in another program to
appear just like option sets lookup appear. This time around, the data
element contents from one tracker program will appear as a list in another
tracker program data element dropdown. If this has been done anywhere, can
anyone guide me? PLEASE!
