Data Integrity App Doe snot working as expected at local instance

Dear Folks,

Hope you are doing well.

I am new at DHiS2, and I have  problem in data integrity.

By selecting data administration Application --> data integrity I
experienced the attached snapshot named "*data integrity issue.PNG*" file
and I see the error attached at file named "*error issue.PNG*"

Please advise.
