Hi Thuy,
I think it would be a good idea. I think that we should restructure
the Excel reporting module into a complete chapter rather than an
appendix actually, as it now forms a core part of the application.

I can do this for you if you want, otherwise just take a look at the
latest commit versus the previous one to get an idea what I did with
the user manual modules. You will need to change the user_manual file
as well. If you want to do it go ahead, otherwise let me know and I
can do it for you.
