Hi there. I do not have the possibility to commit the changes, but
looked quickly at the XML

<imagedata align="center"
fileref="resources/images/data_dimensions/pivot_overview_1.jpg"
format="JPG"/>

should be
<imagedata align="center" width="80%"
fileref="resources/images/data_dimensions/pivot_overview_1.jpg"
format="JPG"/>


In general, all images should have an explicit alignment and width

so, you should change the element attributes to be sure that all
images have something like...

<imagedata align="center" width="80%"......
