Based on some user feedback, I have made a few changes to the docs,
and would like to raise a few points.

Just wanted to highlight to all documenters that the preferred way of
referring to an internal link is with the  <link> attribute.
This attribute is described in detail here [1]This is useful for
internal references within a particular chapter.

The <ulink> attribute is useful for external references such as URLs
and is described here [2]

The <olink> attribute can be used to generate a cross reference
between two separate documents and is described in some level of
detail here [3].

In general,  you should probably avoid putting URLs into the body of
the document text. They tend to overflow and are not properly
hyphenated. I have altered the stylesheet now, so that links in the
PDF document show up underlined in blue, which should be familiar to
most users.
