Hi,

I was trying to set up Vex, a eclipse plugin which supports docbook. It
only offers version 4.5 and 5.0 of the docbook DTD. I can see we are
currently on version 4.4 which seems to be a bit dated. I recall vaguely
that there were some issues with upgrading... Could we attempt to upgrade
to 5.0?
