Hi Eileen,
There has been some effort in the past to translate the documentation into
French. The source of the documents are available here

https://github.com/dhis2/dhis2-docs/tree/master/src/docbkx/fr

but we are not providing these as built documents on the web page due
currently, as they are quite out of date.

We would be more than happy however if additional contributors would like
to help us to translate these to French.
