Hello Stephen,

I feel this is a access right problem. Recent Windows system has been
disabled to change under "C:/Program Files/" by program for the change
management.
To avoid this problem, I created folder like as "C:/usr " and installed it
under the "usr" folder.

Hi All,

I started getting this error message recently and I will need some help on
how to solve it.

I try installing postgresql and the installing started up to the end and the
following message appear preventing the postgresql not to even get started:

Problem running post-install step.  Installation may not complete correctly
Error reading file C:/Program Files/PostgreSQL/8.4/data/postgresql.conf

Above is the error message.
