Hi Stephen;

I have, in past experienced similar problem with importing files to my
system. How I got my fixed is by editing the export file. The first two
lines of the export should look like the one below:

<?xml version="1.0" ?> 
- <dxf xmlns="http://dhis2.org/schema/dxf/1.0"; minorVersion="1.2"
exported="2012-01-30">

Check to see if the minorVersion="1.3". If that is the case, change the
"1.3" to "1.2". that's how I get mine done.

Hi All,

When I received reports from Lofa County and input I get the attached
message and nothing gets enter or sometimes it says process fail see log
file.  What can be done to avoid this?
