Thanks for this info... yes, the server ports are not open by default
so I opened them and can find the web server now!

Now I seem to be having a problem with tomcat loading the dhis.war file:

Doesn't seem to want to validate the Jar file.  I have the latest
dhis.war in the webapps folder.
