Team,

I have been in a training and the trainees (from different districts) felt
that it would be a good idea if the message option somehow allows them to
communicate across districts and not only limit them to their districts!
They believe that it would be very great to ask questions across fellow
Bio-statisticians, Records Officers and fellow staff!

I understand the Org-unit setup and hierarchy in the system however,
food-for-thought!
