Thanks.
I am making some illustrations for user training, including a limited 
data model, attached. I include features that are hopefully more 
recognizable for users than UML, ER or similar models.

Such models have to be limited in size in order to constitute a 
reasonable chunk of information to be explained and grasped.

Do anyone have experience with using such models in user training? Those 
to be trained in Malawi are HMIS officers, who are supposed to be 
super-users for their district offices.
