Re: Data Visualiser failing to save chart parameters

Jan,

That was fast - presume there will be a new .war file uploaded to dhis2.org?

Cheers
Dan

Hi Dan, I was able to reproduce it locally, so I will look into
    it. Thanks for reporting.

We have been creating a number of new charts in DV module. In
the main they work perfectly, however with certain charts, the
parameters are not saved. For example I can build a chart
which displays fine. I then save that same chart into my
favourites, but if I re-load the chart, I get the error 'No
        Periods Selected'.

I have been trying to identify the issue, but have been unable
to associate it with a specific DE / Indicator, a particular
chart or a particular representation (swapping around Series /
Category / Filter). I think the issue arises only when
selecting the relative period 'Last month'. For example I
created a chart showing district positivity rate for the last
12 months. I can save and reload this chart without any
problems. However if I change the relative period to last
month, while the chart can be saved, it gives the error 'No
Periods Selected' when one tries to reload it. I obviously
can't test this on the online dhis2.org <http://dhis2.org>
demo as the Sierra Leone data doesn't extend to last month,
but I have tried it on a test instance where I have input some
fake data and then visualised the data for 'Last Month', but
as with our production server I can't reload the saved
version. Any one have any idea why?

Hope all of that made sense. Am happy to provide screenshots /
screencast to clarify if not.... Fingers crossed there is an
        easy solution to this!

        Cheers
        Dan
