Hi all,

In Cauca we've just updated DHIS2.

Version:2.11-SNAPSHOT Build revision: 9341

And everything seems to be normal until we've tryed to complete any data
set form. We enter some value, and then when you push complete it show this
error:

An exception occurred

Sorry! The system failed to execute the operation. Usually, no data is lost
and you can continue working by going back to the previous page.

And in the server log we see:
