Hi,
when you go to data entry and choose a program, you will automatically get a list/table of the latest events that have been entered. You can specify for each programme which columns/data elements to display in this list, which should make it easier both the find errors and correct them.

Again in this Event list, In the first column we have incremental numbers that keeps changing, so its not helping users to identify the form.
