I think I might have found another bug in 2.11 when selecting what
data elements / indicators / reporting rates to add to a pivot
table. As with charts, when selecting the data there should be two
lists - the left hand one with the possible options and a right
hand one with the selections made. On my local server and on
http://apps.dhis2.org/demo/dhis-web-pivot/app/index.html there is
no right hand list (selected). The system works - can add a data
element and create a pivot table, but then there is no way to
deselect as the list is not visible.
