The facility layer is different from the other layers as it displays
images by reference, i.e. the images are not SVG shapes. We know a lot
of users want to create facility maps, and it might be possible to
include them in the download somehow, but so far we have not
prioritized it as there is a print screen button on most keyboards..
"Quantiles" is the "correct" term as far as I know, but I agree that
it might be confusing. Let's change it to "Equal numbers".

Hi DHIS team,
Not sure if this is deliberate or not, but not all layers
(facility layer and google background) are shown when one
downloads a map (v2.11). Would it be possible for these layers to
appear (or not) in the download based on whether that layer is
toggled on or off? All other layers seem to work this way. Any
chance this can be unified? Perhaps the google image is too big,
but a lot of users want to create facility maps...
I was also wondering if the automatic legend method currently
termed 'Quintiles' would be more user friendly if termed 'Equal
numbers'? Many are confused by this term.
Thanks
Dan
