Chrome plugin for comlete emptying of the browser cache

Hi everyone,

I remember there is a special plugin to force Chrome to empty the cache
more thoroughly than the built-in functionality does (Ctrl+Shift+Delete).

Could someone pls point me to it? We should probably also include it in the
Docs?
