Hi, using 2.12 I am adding favorites in GIS, and then clicking on the
dashboard icon. The system tells me the favorite has been added to the
dashboard, but they don't show up there, all I see is

Insert links by going to
GIS <http://localhost:8082/dhis-web-mapping/app/index.html>

Am I forgetting something, or is there a bug?
