Re: Apps credential problem in DHIS 2.12

 

Hi Romain,

If you are installing the app in the same tomcat as DHIS2, the simplest is
to not authenticate from your app code. The current user's authenticated
session will work just fine.
If you are using a different appserver (like Apache2 or nginx) to host your
apps, this is slightly more complicated.
You will have to use a CORS-enabled browser (most modern browsers) and
configure your app's AJAX (jquery uses the withCredentials:true) to use
cookies and credentials
