Just downloaded and running with no hitches on the following environment:

Running on Windows 7 Professional (Service Pack 1)
Processor Intel Core i5-3210M, CPU @ 2.50GHz
RAM 4GB
64-bit OS
Java version 1.7.x

So far so good, added some OU, created a program
