Dear advisors / helpers;

I am new to this type of forum so, hope that I am doing the right thing
here.

Want to learn about and practice with DHIS 2 using the Sierra Leone
database off-line.

Have installed all the necessary components (I think) and made the
necessary connections (I think).

I did as being told by Knut Staring:  starting DHIS 2; a small notice in
the bottom tells me to "please(!) be patient".   I was!     Then at long
last a small notice:   "webserver failed to start   -see logs for details"


When I go to local host:
http://localhost:8082/dhis-web-commons/security/login.action,   I CAN log
in, but get an empty screen, no database is loaded, no dashboard shows.


Where is the problem?

I did find the log file and attached it
((  you can see I tried more than one time.  I admit a sign of stupidity:
 doing the same thing again and again and still expecting a new result :-)
 ))

Please assist
