Hide empty Rows in Excel (pivot tables)

Dear all,

in pivot tables, when a user selects the option "Hide Empty Rows" and
downloads the pivot table as an Excel spreedsheet, the xls file shows all
the rows, it does not matter if they are empty or not. Is it possible to
change that behaviour?
