Hi - I'm a brand new DHIS2 user.  I'm trying to create a data set.  I
created two data elements, but when I go to create a data set, the data
elements do not appear in the 'Available data elements' box.  The drop down
menu only shows data element groups, and even when I select the data
element group, the data elements within that group do not appear.  What am
I missing?
