Hi Reine,

I am not able to reproduce this in 2.13. I selected a bunch of facilities
in the first thematic layer, opened the filter window, increased the
"greater than" value a bit and clicked update. Works here.

What do you mean by inactive? Are not able to change the values? Nothing
happens when you click update?
