Hi Stephen,

There is an Orgunit merge function under maintenance. I have used mainly
when I have not data in any facility the developers can also advise whether
merge Orgunit can maintain already entered data in the Orgunit to keep.

Or if you have a test server, you can first try it and check

Maintenance==> Data Administration==.> Organizasation Unit Merge
