PIH's Justin Miranda has been working on Openboxes - http://openboxes.com/
I hope you mean that you want a transactional system for tracking equipment.

I don't think there is integration with DHIS2.
May be you could look at it and see if suits your use-case.

I also know Thoughtworks was working with OpenMRS + OpenERP's inventory
module, so that it could send aggregate reports to DHIS2.
Don't know how far that is working at the moment.
