The analytics tables are not really designed to be used directly, rather
through the web api resource which is pretty well documented here:

I can only guess that you want to use such direct SQL queries in iReport -
the problem is that iReport does not support well the use of web apis
(think using JSON or XML as data source) as far as I know (and is getting a
bit dated in my opinion). Would be interesting to hear if someone has been
able to integrate web api data responses in iReport or other report design
tools.
