Hi Laura,

It is tough to say what is going on without more information. You may want
to allow the system to generate the UID for you (which is described here
http://www.dhis2.org/doc/snapshot/en/user/html/ch30s25.html) as it must
follow a valid specification.


Please include the XML which you created. This will help a lot.

Please include the output of the log file from DHIS2, when you import the
XML file.

Please provide your version of DHIS2 and any other information about your
system (database, operating system, Java version, etc).
