Use of Mandatory Fields with Radio Buttons

Dear Dev Team,

In programs when you select the "Radio Buttons" as the Data Entry method
for optionset it has "No value" as the default select. This means that if
you have set some data elements to be compulsory the rule will not apply
because "No Value" has been selected by default.
