Hi Quango,

Actually,  if you have Android phone or Java enabled phone,  you should
consider using the app.  Both the android app and j2me app does not require
you to re design the form for mobile. All of the configuration can be done
from server side.

For the android app,  you can download it from PlayStore:

The J2ME app please download from DHIS download page:
https://www.dhis2.org/downloads
