Hi Channara,

@by the way, the enrollment date for second time for single event with
registration that I need is relate to run report every monthly or quarterly.

A patient cannot enrolled into single event with registration more than one
time .

@another question, could you tell me what is the conditions to choose
which *“single
event with registration”* and *“multi event with registration”* should I
use, if I has only one program stage and that program can re-enroll by
patient every month or quarterly, that mean one patient can use a program
not only once time.

*“single event with registration”*  is used for birth-certificate and
death-certificate.

If your program just has only one stage, but can enroll every month or
quarter, you can create a multi events with registration and one only
repeatable stage. Every month/quarter, users will create an event of that
stage and enter individual data.
