Hi Sam,

Could you please do the following step:

- Go to the SMS Command page and check if your Alert command is still there.
- If it's still there, open that command and review all configuration to
see if it's still the same. Then click the "Save" or "Ok" button to persist
the command in the db.
- Test again

Please let me know if the above step work.
