Hi Jacob,

Have you created attributes and assigned them to your program?

Also, for a program to be available for registration/enrollment, it needs
to have attribute(s), stage(s), and stage(s) with dataelements.

If all this is in place, see any log pressing F12 (if you are on chrome).
