Is the solution also applicable in the scenario below:

I export a dataset from one instance with the dependencies option, and
after the import into an new instance (2.16 - 16487 - 2014-10-02 02:04), i
can see the data elements, category-options, categories and the
category-combination from the user interface successfully imported.

When I try to open a data entry screen for the dataset, I see the
error: '*Category
option combination identifier: **** does not exist*'.

>From the database, all tables related to the data element category-options
/ categories / category-combos have data with exception of the following:
- categoryoptioncombo
- categoryoptioncombos-categoryoption
- categorycombos-optioncombos
