I want to capture Quarterly data in one data entry form. I want a user to
select the quarter, then the form displays three rows for each month in the
quarter. Values will be captured against each month.

This essentially means my data entry form should allow for multiple periods
to be captured. Is this possible???? How can I solve this scenario???
