Inability to enter data using Mozilla or Internet explorer

Following the upgrading of version 2.13 to 2.16, people using Mozilla and
Internet explorer are not able to enter data. Our current version is 2.16
build date 29.11.2014 16:20. The organization unit, the data set and the
period can be selected but the dataset does not load. Please advise because
we are receiving lots of complaints from the field
