Hi Channara,

I need your help to find out the problem. Can you :

1. Try register a new patient in *Find/Add Instance > Add new*
2. Send me log file, program definition screenshot, program stage
definition screen shot and any other information that might be useful to
analyze.
3. Also try same thing on demo server and show me.
