I did a metadata export from 2.17 to XML, and then tried to import to 2.18.
It seemed to hang on Report Tables and Charts, but after I excluded those
from the export, the message  displayed a good number of orgunits,
dataelements etc. and said success.

But when I then go and look elsewhere, nothing at all is showing - the db
remains completely empty. Does anyone know what's going on?
