Hi everyone,

I am having some challenges when trying to add sections to program stages
for a tracker program. As you will see from the screenshot, the console
does not really give me anything good to work off of. I tried this on the
demo site and section management works fine, so I am guessing there is an
issue with the specific instance I am working on. Has anyone come across
this problem before, or have some guidance on where I can investigate this
a bit further? I am using version 2.18.
