Hi Mahammad,

It happened to me once and I also thought someone had granted himself
access to the shared dashboard and removed them.

I had to re-populate but after that it has never happened again, we didnt
even upgrade. Only asked the database manager to restart the server. Not
sure if that was what sorted it out.

May be try restarting the server and also upgrading to the latest build.
