Compulsory data element with condition

Hello everyone,

 

I am setting up a DHIS instance. 

I want to create a data entry form which has some conditions. For example:

*         If user answer "Yes" in element 1, user have to enter data for
element 2

*         If user answer "No" in element 1, user skip element 2.

Is there any function in DHIS allow us to set up this? Please help.
