Hi Joao,

Yes, I have seen this error before. It normally happens when I add lots of data elements to a program stage and try to save. Do you have many data elements in your custom form? If yes, try saving the form with slightly less initially and then adding the rest. See if that works. There might be a more permanent solution server side.
