Can you try:

<SERVER>/dhis-web-dataentry/getMetaData.action

 

And take that output, and put it into jsonlint.com ? there might be something wrong with your database

This should not be an issue, but just in case: I see you have orgunit names with apostrophes. Is it possible you also have some other strange characters?

Hi

 

First of all, try and load it in chrome incognito mode and see if it helps. If not, can you load the page again, and have a look at the developer console? (f12), and give the output from there
