Dear Knut,

This is time zone problem in 2.18 and 2.19, I have changes the time zone
(UTC+06:30) yangon (Rangoon) that time it is running well, but after back
again (UTC+06:00) Dhaka,  It shows same error.

I am facing same problem. Please sir have a look on it.
