Hello Alioune,
You can access the reporting rate summary from the Services->Reports menu. Reporting rate summaries will show how many datasets (forms) that have been submitted by organisation unit and period. There are two methods available to calculate reporting rates (completeness) : Based on complete data set registrations and Based on compulsory data element.
